I have a deep passion to help leaders grow! Leaders invest in everything and everyone, except themselves. I believe the greatest thing I can do to help your company is to help you. As the leader goes, so goes the company.
I’ve spent the last thirty+ years developing and encouraging leaders. I serve on several boards of national or international organizations and know the challenges of personal growth, developing a quality team, budgeting, managing, and casting and sustaining visionary leadership.
With an earned doctorate and strong administrative and time management skills, I use my training, experience, and gifting to help leaders grow strong and profitable companies.
I know firsthand the loneliness of leadership and strive to bring a spirit of encouragement targeted uniquely to support you as a leader. I offer experienced insight and specific, strategic steps to solve your leadership challenges.
